On Saturday, June 19 there will be a street festival with vendors and live music starting at 3 p.m. on a blocked-off Wilton Drive. Then there will be a parade starting at 7 p.m., just as the sun is setting so participants can use glow sticks, battery-powered candles and other kinds of lighting to fit in with the theme this year: Out of the Darkness, Into the Light.
